Plans and device limits

How your license sets the number of phones and computers, what happens when you go over the limit, and how to upgrade your plan

A Lusiesta Studio license controls three things: how many phones run at the same time, how many computers the app can be launched on, and the date your access is paid through. These limits are not decorative, the client enforces them strictly, so it pays to understand up front how they are counted. Below is what you see when a limit is exceeded and how to upgrade your plan without reinstalling anything.

What the license actually controls

The app keeps no permissions of its own: once you sign in with your email and password, the license parameters arrive from the server and are re-checked periodically. From them the client takes:

  • Phone limit - how many Android devices are allowed to run tasks. This is the main parameter of a plan.
  • Computer limit - how many machines can sign in under one license. Each machine is bound by HWID, a hardware fingerprint of the computer.
  • Paid-through date - the date your access stays active. In the app it is labelled "Subscription until".
  • Build channel - stable or beta, which decides what version is offered to you as an update.

One thing to keep in mind: the limit counts phones, not social accounts. How many accounts and app clones live on a single phone is of no interest to the license.

The package lineup

Packages differ by device count. The plan name shown in the app is derived from the limit, so your mini-profile always displays the package you actually paid for:

  • Individual - up to 3 devices
  • Manager - up to 7 devices
  • Professional - up to 15 devices
  • Agency - up to 25 devices
  • Enterprise - up to 50 devices
  • IG Farmer - up to 100 devices

For current pricing, terms and payment methods, see the "Plans" tab in your account at lusiesta.com: the package cards there are always up to date. If you need a non-standard limit, arrange it separately through support.

Where to check your limit and remaining term

  1. Open the app and click the account card at the bottom of the left menu.
  2. The mini-profile shows a Plan row and a Subscription until row. If the license has no end date, it reads "Unlimited" instead.
  3. Below that sits the Usage block with a line like "5 / 7 devices", a percentage and a progress bar. The number on the left is how many phones ADB currently sees (offline ones included), the number on the right is the plan limit.
  4. For the full picture per key, open the Licenses tab in your web account: every key lists "Expires", "Channel" and "Last check".

What happens when you go over the phone limit

Extra phones break nothing, they simply sit out. The restriction applies in two places.

1. Tasks. Before any task starts, the app checks whether the device is on the allowed list. The first N phones in a stable order are allowed: first by device number, then by serial number. A phone outside the limit still receives the task, but it fails immediately with the text "Plan limit exceeded: devices allowed - N". That task shows up on the "Tasks" page in the "Error" state.

2. The grid on "Home". In place of the phones above the limit, the grid shows a single tile with a padlock: "N more phones connected, but hidden by your plan limit", with the caption "Plan limit - M devices". The tile carries an Upgrade subscription button that opens the plans section of your web account. No video stream is started for hidden phones, so the extra devices put no load on the computer.

Hidden slots are counted from online devices only: a phone that has dropped off or is stuck unauthorized never takes a slot away from a working one. For other reasons behind empty tiles, read No phone previews.

Connecting more phones than your plan covers is not forbidden. It is a handy way to prepare a fleet in advance: the handsets sit in the grid, and the moment you extend the license, the hidden tiles turn into working cards. The device order is stable, so the first N phones stay the same and nothing gets reshuffled after an upgrade.

Computer limit and HWID binding

Separately from phones, the license caps the number of PC seats. The first time you sign in from a new machine, its fingerprint is recorded against the license, and later sign-ins simply reuse that seat. When no free seats are left, the sign-in window shows the error "Device limit for this license reached." - this one is about computers, not phones. What to do in that case and how to move to another machine is described in Your account and updates.

How to renew or upgrade your plan

  1. Sign in at lusiesta.com with the same email and password you use in the app.
  2. Open the Plans tab and click "Pay" on the package you need.
  3. Pick the network for the USDT payment (TRC20 and BEP20 are available) and get an invoice with the amount and the address.
  4. Pay the invoice. Once the payment is confirmed, the license is issued or extended on your account.
  5. Restart the app. On sign-in the client pulls the license parameters again, and the new limit appears in the mini-profile.

There is no need to reinstall the app: the plan lives on the account, not in a file on disk. If you would rather sort it out in writing, open the "Support" tab in your account, choose the "Payment, Renewal, Plans" category and describe the package you want.

What happens when the term runs out

The app re-checks the license with the server automatically: the first check runs shortly after launch, then it repeats in the background. As long as the check passes, everything works as usual. After that, a few scenarios are possible:

  • The term expired while the app was open. On the next check you get a "Session ended" window explaining that license access is no longer valid, and the app closes.
  • The term expired and you try to sign in. The sign-in window shows "This license has expired.".
  • There is no internet. The client keeps running on the confirmation it received earlier (roughly two days), after which task launches stop with the message "License not confirmed by the server - connect to the internet and sign in again.".

None of this deletes local data: proxies, tasks and the device map stay where they are and become available again once you renew.

How to choose the right limit for your farm

A practical rule: count from the phones that will physically be plugged into one computer, and add a small buffer for replacements. One account is usually run from one phone, while several accounts on the same handset are separated with app clones. When in doubt, take the smaller package: upgrading works at any moment and needs no reinstall. For the physical side of the question (hubs, power, how many phones one PC really handles), read Connecting multiple devices.
